Customer Service Representative
Stihl Southwest is seeking a new person for our customer service team. For more than 50 years, we’ve been a wholesale distributor selling STIHL outdoor power equipment to retail dealers in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and east Texas. This is a full-time position that includes a wide array of tasks including taking incoming calls from our customers, keying orders/data entry, assisting our customers on the phone, and answering questions in areas such as pricing and parts-lookup. We need someone with fast and accurate keyboarding and 10-key skills, and they must be able to key orders while talking to customers on the phone. This job also requires excellent multi-tasking skills and a great memory since it is common to have multiple things going on at the same time. We are looking for a person with excellent attendance and telephone skills including good verbal and listening skills. We prefer a bookkeeping background, previous work experience in a similar position and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. No relocation, so you must be within commuting distance of Malvern.
